28th European Holstein Conference was held in Istanbul. European Holstein Confederation with the membership of 29 countries and 28th European Holstein Conference were in The Marmara, Istanbul between 30 June – 3 July 2009..

On the first day of the conference, 28th European Holstein Conference was held with the attendance of the representatives of Holstein Breeders’ Association. During the conference information about agriculture in Turkey was given and presentations about the place of Holstein breed in milk production in the future, new technologies in dairy breeding,  longevity in Holstein, fertility, health and feeding were delivered.
During the general assembly on 2 July 2009 the presidency of European Holstein Confederation was given to Sweden.
On the last day of the program, Eriş Piliç Hayvancılık and Ce-Mar İnşaat Hayvancılık facilities, members of Istanbul Holstein Breeder’s association, were visited.

We as Demsa Genetik gave our full support, to this program that we believe will bring a benefit to the development of dairy breeding in our country, as we have done for all the agricultural activities.
